Reservation Flow
Before Your Visit

Check availability on the calendar Check the calendar on the X profile page or on each room page to confirm your preferred date and time is open.

Make a reservation via X (DM) or email Please provide your preferred date, time, duration, and room name. We will confirm your booking after reviewing.

Receive the room number and passcode After your booking is confirmed, we will send you the room number and entry passcode for your visit.

Review the entry instructions Please check how to locate the key, unlock the door, and turn on the lights before your visit.

Pay the fee (prepayment) Cash: Write your booking name and amount on the envelope, then place it in the payment box inside the room. PayPay: Scan the QR code in the room to pay. (PayPay is a Japanese mobile payment app; a Japanese phone number is required to register.) Credit card: Online payment by credit card is also available. Contact us for details.

Start your session Once you are ready, feel free to use the studio freely.

Please be aware of the auto-lock door
The door locks automatically. If you step into the hallway without your passcode, you will be locked out. Always confirm your passcode on your phone before stepping outside, even briefly โ for example, when bringing in luggage.
After Your Visit

Return items to their original place Please return all equipment and props to where you found them.

Quick clean-up Please sweep the floor with the vacuum cleaner or floor wiper provided.

Turn off A/C and lights Turn off all lights and air conditioning before leaving.

Lock up and return the key Lock the door, return the key to the key box outside, and set the dial to 0000.
Food & Drinks
Dining Guidelines
โ Allowed
- Bringing in food and beverages
- Eating and drinking near the low table (chabudai) or school desk
- Bringing in alcoholic beverages
๐ซ Prohibited
- Eating or drinking on the tatami or suspension floor areas
- Using the studio for parties or drinking sessions
- Leaving garbage behind (please take all rubbish with you)
If spills, staining, or lingering odors are found after your session, we may charge the actual cost of cleaning or repairs.

About 7 to 8 minutes from Exit 3 of Kamimaezu Station on the Tsurumai and Meijo subway lines in Nagoya.
