Terms of Use

1. Purpose and Eligibility

This studio is a private space for photography and creative expression. Bondage photography is also available. All users and accompanying persons must be 18 years of age or older, and high school students are not permitted. When necessary, the operator may request age confirmation through social media accounts or similar means.

2. How the Studio May Be Used

• You may use the studio only during your reserved time slot. Same-day extension is possible only if the next time slot is available.
• For bondage photography, bookings of 3 hours or longer are recommended.
• The standard number of users is 1 to 4 people. Use by 5 or more people requires prior approval.
• Please complete cleaning and pack-up within the reserved time.
• Please ventilate the room appropriately during use.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Sexual acts, sexual services, or pornography production
• Illegal drugs, intoxicated use, or conduct contrary to public order
• Eating or drinking inside the studio except hydration from containers with lids
• Use of flames or dangerous materials
• Smoking indoors, including electronic cigarettes
• Unauthorized modification, destruction, or removal of fixtures, equipment, or props
• Entering or leaving outside the reserved time
• Interfering with indoor cameras or safety equipment

4. Safety Rules for Suspension and Bondage

• Users must confirm the safety of fixtures, rope, bamboo, and related items before use.
• Activities that involve hanging by the neck or restricting breathing are strictly prohibited.
• Please keep emergency scissors and rescue tools ready and stop immediately if anything unusual happens.

5. Publication and Distribution of Images

Publishing images taken at the studio is allowed when all performers consent, privacy is respected, location-identifying information is not disclosed, and all laws and platform rules are followed.

6. Use of Equipment

• Standard in-studio photo equipment and props are included in the rental fee.
• Please clean and return items after use.
• Damage may result in repair or replacement charges.

Paid Equipment Option (Members Only)

• Specified paid equipment (2 strobes, video light, softboxes, stands) may only be used after prior notification and payment confirmation. Please notify via DM when booking.
• Fee: flat ¥2,000 for up to 3 hours, plus ¥1,000/h from the 4th hour onward. Billed together with the room fee.
• No usage instruction is provided. Use is at the user's own responsibility.
• Damage or loss will be charged at repair cost or actual cost.
• Unauthorized use or non-payment will result in immediate revocation of membership.

7. Booking and Payment

• A booking becomes valid when the operator sends a booking confirmation.
• Online payment confirms the booking once payment has been completed.
• Cash or PayPay (on-site) is paid on the day of use.
• Available payment methods are cash, PayPay (on-site), and online credit card payment.
• One date change is accepted free of charge up to the previous day. Additional changes are treated as cancellation.

8. Lost Property

Lost items are stored for 7 days after discovery. If not claimed within that period, they may be handled under applicable lost-property rules.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

• The operator is not responsible for accidents or damage caused by the acts of users, except where the operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
• The operator is not responsible for disputes between users.
• The operator is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to valuables or personal belongings.

10. Personal Information

The handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy below.

11. Amendments

Revisions to the terms will be announced at least 14 days before the effective date. Pricing revisions will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

12. Membership

1. Membership system
   The studio operates a membership system for users. Member pricing applies only to eligible members making direct bookings.
2. Eligibility for membership
   First-time users may be considered for membership review after use.
3. Continuation, lapse, and reinstatement
   Membership continues with monthly use, lapses after a month with no use, and may be restored after later use.
4. Conditions for member pricing
   Member pricing applies only to direct bookings made through this site.
5. Cancellation of membership
   Membership may be revoked if the user violates the terms or is otherwise judged unsuitable.

13. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

1. Users and accompanying persons must not belong to or support antisocial forces.
2. If such involvement is discovered, the operator may refuse use and no refund will be made.

14. Agreement to Terms at the Time of Booking

1. By submitting a booking request, the user is deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. For bookings by email or X DM, the booking confirmation will state that the booking includes agreement to these policies.

• One date change is accepted free of charge up to the previous day.
• In the event of a no-show, future use may be refused.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Information provided at the time of booking, such as social media account name and contact details
• Usage history such as booking date and time, plan details, and payment status
• Information necessary for PayPay (on-site payment) and online payment procedures. The studio does not store credit card numbers.
• Security camera footage used for facility safety management

2. Purpose of Use

• Handling bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Facility safety management and service improvement
• Responding to inquiries
• Investigating violations of the rules when necessary

3. Handling of Security Camera Footage

The studio operates unattended, and security cameras are installed inside the room and at the entrance for safety management. Footage is used only for safety, operational checking, and investigation when trouble occurs.

4. Management and Retention

Collected information is appropriately managed, stored only for as long as necessary, and then deleted or disposed of by reasonable means.

5. Third-Party Provision

Information is not provided to third parties without the user's consent, except where required by law or necessary for urgent safety reasons.

6. External Services

The studio uses X DM, Gmail, Google Calendar, PayPay, online payment providers, and financial institutions as part of its operations. Each external service is governed by its own privacy policy.

7. Correction and Deletion of Information

Users may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their information by contacting the studio through X or email.

8. Amendments

If this policy is revised, notice will be posted on the website at least 14 days before the effective date.

9. Google Analytics

The studio also uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-6TWDLEFWJT) on all pages to analyze website traffic. Access data is collected by Google via cookies and is managed according to Google's privacy policy.

Refunds	Refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy. In principle, no refund is provided after the service has been delivered, except where otherwise required.
Special conditions	Security cameras are installed because the facility is operated unattended. Bondage and suspension must be carried out safely and at the user's own responsibility. Sexual acts and use for sexual services are prohibited.
